Description

Discover the fundamentals of woodworking in this comprehensive class. Learn the basic properties of wood and how to safely transform rough lumber into beautifully finished projects.

Gain hands-on experience using a variety of tools, including the jointer, planer, table saw, band saw, drill press, miter saw, as well as hand and power tools. Under expert guidance, you will craft two completed projects: a functional cutting board and a small box.

This class is perfect for beginners eager to build foundational skills or for those looking to refresh their woodworking knowledge.

All materials are provided, making it easy to focus on learning and creating.

This eight-week class meets on Tuesdays from March 31 to May 19.
